At I’m in Stitches Co, we put love and care into every handmade crochet item we create, and we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected, so we’ve crafted a fair refund policy to make sure you have a positive experience shopping with us.


Refunds and Returns

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We will gladly offer a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation. Please include photos of the damage when reaching out.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as late arrival- our turnaround time is always available on our website, buyer’s remorse or minor variations in colour and size, as each piece is uniquely crafted. Custom orders are also non-refundable, as they are personalized for you.

3. Lost Packages

In the rare event your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your item and, if necessary, issue a replacement or refund.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For approved returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
